Senior Account Executive
Glossop, SK13 8ER (easily commutable from Manchester, Sheffield and Stockport)
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join their thriving marketing business based in Glossop. As Senior Account Executive you will work alongside the Account Executive team supporting an Account Director and playing an active role on some of the key accounts, particularly with the business’ B2B clients.
The successful candidate will have strong experience within a similar role in a PR or marketing agency and have the knowledge and ability to project manage and multi-task.
So what will you be doing?
As Senior Account Executive you will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment with plenty of deadlines so the ability to work under pressure is essential, as is a personable, friendly customer manner with the ability to deal with customers at all levels via the telephone, in writing and in person.
Additionally your role will require you to;
• Manage and assist with ongoing projects of clients including email marketing and social media campaigns to website / design projects
• Work alongside the wider account team and to ensure client expectations are exceeded on each project
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will hold the required experience and skills to hit the ground running, including;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Executive within a PR / Marketing agency ideally working in a B2B role
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate across all levels
• Experience managing / writing blogs or social media platforms is essential
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• IT literate and competent with Microsoft Office, design package experience is desirable
• Experience liaising with bloggers / key influencers / managing email marketing campaigns is desirable
