Contract: Part Time - 24 hours per week, Permanent

Busy Bees in Formby is a Victorian house which has been beautifully converted into a Children’s Day Nursery and we care for children aged 3mths – 5 years. We offer five bright and welcoming playrooms which have all been designed to create a fun and stimulating environment for the children to enjoy. They have access to a large enclosed garden area that provides many opportunities for learning and physical play. Our lovely nursery is ideally situated close to the local village and is easily accessible by road & public transport as well as offering car parking.

As a Nursery Manager, you'll already know that no two days in a nursery are the same!

The Nursery Manager is responsible for the overall management of the nursery setting in order to ensure the legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with Busy Bees' policies and procedures ultimately; the Nursery Manager has a duty of care for all children who have joined the Nursery. The motivational quality in the development of staff is also an integral skill we are looking for when selecting our Nursery Manager as well as a strong communicator and methodical/ unflappable/ well practiced organiser.
