Advanced Coated Products is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialised coated film and paper, providing innovative solutions to a diverse and high profile customer base in the food, medical, industrial and speciality tapes markets. 

Under new ownership and with the leadership of a new Chief Executive, this is an exciting time to join this well established and growing business which operates from Cheltenham, manufacturing technical release films, liners and tapes, with capabilities including coating, converting and printing. 

With an innovation and new product development strategy already underway, this will open a plethora of opportunities for a Business Development Manager who will successfully identify and convert new business opportunities from existing and new target customers.  You will build solid and professional working relationships with customers, prospects and key decision makers, as well as liaising internally to ensure market requirements are understood and customer service levels exceeded.

A results focused, self-starter, candidates must demonstrate drive, sound business development, and customer relationship building skills, with the ability to identify added value sales opportunities.  This experience will ideally have been gained in a technical packaging environment.
