Position: Senior Sous Chef

Salary Package: GBP31,000 per annum

Cubitt House is an exciting and expanding, family style run business with four highly acclaimed public house and restaurants in prestigious Central London locations, two of which have boutique hotel rooms.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the team at one of our four sites- The Alfred Tennyson in Knihtsbridge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to run the kitchen on a day to day basis in the absence of the Head Chef
• Assist the Head Chef in menu compilation and possess an in depth knowledge of the full menu
• Ensure consistency in food quality and service timing at all times
• Ability to build, mentor and progress kitchen brigade
• Must have knowledge and understanding of current food hygiene and health and safety legislation
