Kitchen Manager vacancy: All Bar One Reading is in the heart of the popular Oracle shopping complex in Reading and is the leading bar and social food sharing venue in the area.
With a fantastic mezzanine floor that is full of happy diners every weekday and weekend we are looking for a kitchen manager with the passion and drive to build up the food sales in this business. Leading a team of up to 8 chefs the successful applicant must have the highest standards, fantastic attention to detail and the ability to develop a team to create our kitchen managers of the future.
Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
