Senior Account Manager/Account Director - Major Accounts - Global Software Business - Enterprise Software-- London - between GBP60K- GBP80K base salary + uncapped commission + GBP100K OTE + benefits Senior Account Manager/Account Director - Major Accounts - award winning Microsoft product range to upsell - top 100 accounts SATIGO have been engaged on an extremely interesting opportunity working for a leading enterprise software business to identify a solid Senior Account Manager/Account Director with proven ability to nurture and manage relationships across their Top 100 global named accounts. Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a solid Senior Account Manager/Account Director professional to join a market leading enterprise software business that has demonstrated 50% year on year growth success and is poised for global expansion. This role will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the companies' major accounts, creating a real opportunity for growth whilst being part of a winning culture. The company are a progressive company with a high staff retention rate and they are looking for individuals that are interested in progressing through the ranks. The products that they have created are award winning and tailored towards the Legal, Healthcare, Financial Services and Property space as well as other sectors. The products sit on Microsoft technologies and are cloud and SaaS based with over 200,000 users. Responsibility of Senior Account Manager/Account Director: ?? Act as, and be seen as, a respected and trusted strategic adviser to clients ?? Take all necessary measures to gain a full understanding of the client's business, their issues, opportunities and objectives ?? Proactively develop ideas, strategic proposals and presentations aimed at driving the client's ROI. ?? Identifying opportunities to provide the customer with new product lines, services and solutions ?? Building, maintaining and developing relationships with key contacts from across the business - at all Levels including C-Level contacts ?? Providing product feedback and intelligence to the business for further revenue generation opportunity ?? To meet key financial & personal KPIs. ?? To provide regular and accurate sales forecast information ?? To ensure quality sales are secured with full life-cycle management of deals with key customer accounts Experience Required for the Senior Account Manager/Account Director role: ?? Managing large corporate Accounts across enterprise businesses ?? A proven B2B sales/account management track record with a proactive approach to generating business ?? Excellent track record in software and professional service sales and account management ?? Proven track record in sales results, meeting and exceeding targets with sales/ revenue ?? Proposal writing and coordination skills ?? Business case and ROI development ??
