Maintenance Team Leader
Maintenance Team Leader- GBP35,000
Working 5 days per week (Sunday - Thursday)
Shift pattern rota to include 06.00-15.00 and 09.00-18.00
Based on 9 hour days with 1 hour for lunch.
33 days annual leave inclusive bank holiday, pension contribution, Life Assurance & Childcare Voucher Scheme.
This factory is one of three UK based factories who are part of the wider European Florette salad group. It is a well-established manufacturing facility based in Skelmersdale supplying pre packed bags and bowls of salad into the major retailers under their own label.
Main Purpose of the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering team leader with hands on experience to join the engineering team. Reporting into the maintenance Manager.
The successful candidate must have previous supervisory experience
Scope of Responsibility
The Engineering Team Leader will provide both hands on maintenance skills as well as developing and supporting the maintenance engineers.
- Good knowledge of PPM
- Ensuring KPI's are met
- Man management of the maintenance engineers
- Ideally manufacturing experience
- Good focus on Health & Safety
- Managing the day to day running of the department
Working Requirement
Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.
Must be Time severed in an engineering discipline
