About The Role
Forth Valley Royal Hospital are recruiting for 2 full-time Chefs to prepare, produce and present delicious menu items whilst ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Your role will include giving direction and supporting Catering Assistants. Your working hours will be 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of 6.30am-8pm.
About You
We are looking for Chefs who have experience working within a similar catering environment, for a large amount of people. We are looking for candidates who have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in either Catering or Cooking. An intermediate food hygiene certificate is essential, however if you do not have this qualification, the team at Forth Valley will be able to point you in the right direction on how to obtain this.
