We are urgently recruiting a female spa manager for a spa in the South of Portugal, you will report to the group spa director and enjoy the day to day running of a spa, dealing with therapists, their development and supervision.
The spa has 14 rooms and a team of 15-20 depending on the season and a large portfolio of spa product brands on offer with the full range of spa treatments
European Applicants should come from ideally a hotel spa background and have worked at 4-5 star level, be astute with the drive and energy and vision to look at the whole spa operations and take things to the next level. The company is growing and expanding so there will be opportunities to move with the business to director level of spa as more new spa openings happen with this company
Company is flexible on salary but it will be in the range of 2-3,000 Euros a month on an annual 14 month basis, help with accommodation for the first 2-3 months on resort, staff canteen for meals, monthly bonus on spa exceeding budget.
