£16k-£20k plus excellent commission structure
This company supply, install and maintain high performance telecoms for businesses across the UK. Due to successful growth, they are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the responsibilities for the successful Customer Services Executive include:
- Dealing with all client queries and faults
- Taking inbound calls from clients
- Identifying sales opportunities and passing these on to the Account Manager
- Logging all calls on the CRM system
- Booking appointments for the Client Relations Manager
- Carrying out health checks on client accounts
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Liaising with the operations department
- Liaising with engineers
- Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
- Conducting first line checks with the customer for any faults
They are looking for potential Customer Services Executives to possess the following skills and capabilities:
- Experience in telecoms would be an advantage
- An ambitious, enthusiastic and professional approach to work
- Excellent organisational & sales skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication & IT skills
