The world's largest independent provider of legal software is currently looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Finance Support Consultant in London.

The Role
Working with the company's software packages within the legal and enterprise market, you will provide a high standard of product application support to clients by answering complex questions on function and usage via the telephone and/or internet. Responsibilities will include…
o Resolving issues in the areas of system product functionality, financial anomalies, and bugs/enhancements
o Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer
o Conveying customer feedback to product development and quality assurance staff as appropriate

As this position will be primarily servicing clients in Continental Europe, fluency in a European language is essential. Ideally this will be Dutch, as approx. 60% of the company's European clients are based in the Netherlands.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in a finance-related discipline or computer science. You'll be a passionate individual with the ability to think logically and methodically in order to solve problems, and you'll love working and collaborating in a close knit team. Confident and professional communications skills will be essential, both written and verbal, as will familiarity with accounting or financial principles.
