This is an opportunity to join a truly innovative, dynamic business, being the largest privately owned specialist reprographics business in the UK. The Company boasts a 47 year track record, network of over 30 locations and a team of over 400 staff UK wide.

With an exciting period of growth ahead, the recruitment of high calibre staff is essential to the Company, as such they are looking for a HR & Recruitment Officer to assist with the current workload and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Coordinate and undertake end-to-end recruitment activities in line with Company strategy to effectively attract, source and retain high quality staff.
- Assist in the development and review of job descriptions and employee specifications.
- Maintenance of job boards and assessment on return of investment.
- Support managers with probationary reviews and to ensure completion within the agreed timescale.
- Manage and coordinate pre-employment checks and aptitude tests in a timely manner.
- Develop direct attraction strategies using job boards, social media and other techniques to reduce agency dependency.
- Contact all applicants both successful and unsuccessful.
- Undertake exit interviews and co-ordinate the off boarding process.
- Assist Group HR Manager with generalist HR matters.

The required skills and experience are:

- Ideally CIPD qualified or able to display relevant experience.
- Have at least three years experience working in a generalist HR role including recruitment and selection activities.
- Excellent standards of written and verbal communication with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have the ability to interact proactively with managers and employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft and knowledge of Sage HR and Payroll.
- Ability to prioritise affectively and plan strategically.
- Full UK driving license
