We have exciting opportunities to join our Outbound Customer Service team based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Immediate starts available.

Job Title: Outbound Customer Service
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear
Salary: £13,552 - £14,996
Job Type: Flexible, full time hours 37.5 hours per week.
Hours: Flexible - 37.5 hours per week. Full time and Part time positions available working hours between Mon-Fri 10am-8pm, 10am-2pm Saturday.

Typically working on a variety of campaigns, you will be calling existing customers of some of the UK and Europe`s world leading Sports and Leisure brands within the online gaming and sports betting industries. For these campaigns, any understanding of the Online Gaming and Sports Betting industry would be of benefit.

In a rewarding, target driven environment, these campaigns are typically Customer Welcome and Reactivation - Business to Consumer.

Previous experience of working (or an ability to demonstrate working in) in a sales or target driven role is required.
