Head of Solution and Innovation (Strategy)
Location: Mobile based role, Home Office Aztec West, Bristol

A Head of Solution and Innovation (Strategy) is required to work for the UK's Leading Engineering Support Services organisation as part of their Support Services Division across Engineering, Training and Asset Management capabilities.
Your Home office will be Bristol, with travel to other offices.
As the Head of Solution and Innovation you will lead the Solution and Innovation engagement across the Division, by understanding the business strategies, requirements and support through to transition into IT strategies and solutions. Creating IT Solutions in support of bids and BAU activity in the UK and Internationally.
You will provide leadership and direction to the capability aligned Solution Managers (Training and Asset Management) as well as supporting the IT Director in the development of the Divisions IT Strategy.
You will develop a Solution and Innovation function that supports the IT Strategy development; this will involve supporting the business development activities, capture high level requirements and then provide innovative solutions for both current and future customers.
Develop key business stakeholder relationships across the Division and Group Level of the organisation.
Essential
The successful candidate will have extensive and demonstrable experience in developing IT Solutions and Strategies working across Engineering, Training and Asset Management you will work across all three capabilities to provide new solutions.
Previous experience at an equally Senior Position, with a strong Business and IT understanding is required
You will have ideally come from an Outsourcing/Support Services or Engineering background.
This role is a mobile position so you must be happy to travel on a weekly basis
