The Company:
Our client is a well-established British company manufacturing packaging solutions for the domestic and export market.

Main Duties:
To visit clients all over England, Wales and the export market to develop professional relationships and win new business.

The Role:
- To identify and contact potential clients towards introducing the company products
- To visit potential clients and conduct presentations
- To expand the existing client base and maximise sales
- To develop a good understanding of each client’s business sector
- To achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
- To prepare detailed sales budgets, pipelines, forecasts and reports for management
- To travel extensively for business (50 – 60% of the time)

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in business development and B2B field sales
- Experience in the packaging industry or similar (FMCG, consumables)
- Excellent communication skills with strong face-to-face sales skills
- Negotiating skills at senior level
- Target-driven and business-orientated
- Confident and approachable
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Fluent in any main European foreign language
- Full UK driving licence and willing to travel extensively
- IT literate

The Salary:
Realistic £35,000 OTE + annual bonus and benefits + company car, laptop and phone
