Their Support Workers get enormous satisfaction by working with, supporting and spending time with their customers caring for them in their homes, taking them out, helping them with daily tasks, promoting their independence and enabling them to lead satisfying and meaningful lives.

This company is a Wokingham based not for profit social enterprise run by their customers/staff and for the customers/staff. Their customers generally require longer support sessions which include activities, trips out of home with a variety of care requirements from basic to advanced. They are not a short-stop quick in-and-out service provider and they are very proud of this!

Due to some exciting new projects and general expansion they are looking for full or part-time Support Workers with or without experience (as they provide all the training) and more experienced Senior Support Workers. They focus on providing high quality support in the community, in people's homes and in domiciliary care environments and they have a number of vacancies at various levels. Comprehensive training is provided in a nurturing environment which ensures success. Their enhanced induction process introduces new staff to the care environment in a well-structured and supporting environment.
