Community Safety Officer - 6 months FTC

We are recruiting a Community Safety Officer on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract in the Lytham/Leyland area. This role will be full time and will involve agile working.

We are looking for a person who is flexible, innovative and passionate about delivering customer focused services, committed to helping people sustain their tenancies and recognising when customers require support. The ability to work in partnership with other agencies is essential when carrying out this role.

You will need to be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills and have a diplomatic approach to assist you in relating to a diverse range of people.  You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of environmental and tenancy management issues as well as a proven track record in offering excellent customer service. You will be able to demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to work with other teams throughout the business to get the job done.

In addition, you will be proficient in using IT systems such as mobile working technology which will allow you to carry out this role efficiently within the communities we operate.  You will be highly organised with a methodical approach allowing you to work accurately under pressure.  You will have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines.
