General Manager - Live in

A general manager is required to work alongside a deputy manager sharing the responsibilities of the running of a pub restaurant guesthouse.

Duties to include managing staff arranging duty rosters dealing with the customers and the general running of a pub restaurant and small guest house.

You will also be making regular stock checks both in the wet side of the business as well as the food side hours to be split between the general manager and the deputy manager T.B.A.
