We are looking to appoint a part time Administrative Assistant to work in our SEN Team.
The person appointed will have a central role in an effective and efficient organisation which values the customer, and provide a professional reception and administration service for the academy.
Duties will include assisting the SEN Team in a wide range of administration tasks, liaising with staff in school, parents and agencies, and keeping accurate records.
An understanding of the needs of pupils with special educational needs is desirable, as the post will involve direct contact with children and their parents/carers.
The role is part time working 22 hours per week during term time, plus an additional three weeks during school closure time. There is flexibility regarding the working days which can be discussed at interview stage.
It is intended that the role would be based at Arnold Hill Academy but the diversity of academies within the Group will provide fantastic opportunities for staff to develop their practice and skills.
The Academy is committed to providing high quality training and development opportunities for all staff. You will be provided with regular opportunities to work in partnership with other support staff and senior leaders.
