IT Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter + Fast Growing IT & Telecoms Provider
£18,000 Basic (1st Year OTE + £28,000)
We are a fast growing cloud infrastructure provider, specialising in hosted IT services, connectivity and telephony solutions. We work with businesses throughout the UK to help improve customer service, business continuity and save costs.
Our continued success has driven a requirement for an ambitious telesales person to join our in-house team. Candidates should demonstrate a Confident, self -motivated and a target driven attitude, as these are key attributes to this role. Key activities will include:
+ Making up to 120 calls per day
+ Booking quality sales appointments for the business manager.
+ Selling the benefits of the company as a comparison to their current providers
+ Contacting the decision makers, assessing the businesses internal provisions
+ Updating client information and capturing key information from the calls
+ Sales support, producing cost comparison proposals as part of our sale cycle
The right candidate:
+ Be target driven and money motivated
+ Have excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
+ Have over two years experience in a telesales role
+ Outbound calling experience is essential
+ Ability to prioritise and manage their time effectively
+ Technology sales experience, ideally hosted IT/Data services or telecoms, would be beneficial
