Our client provides high quality home care, home help and home support to people in their own homes in Brighton and Hove and they are currently seeking Health Care Assistants to join their team. Drivers with their own transport are particularly encouraged to apply.
Candidate Requirements:
??? A relevant professional qualification or a willingness to work towards this
??? An ability to provide high quality care and support
??? Sound communication skills including verbal communication and reading and writing
??? An ability to take direction whilst also being able to use initiative
??? An ability to follow an agreed care and support plan
??? A positive "can do" approach to work
??? Integrity
??? Honesty
??? Adaptability
??? Physically and psychologically fit
Hours for this role will be variable, dependent on availability of the successful candidate. Willingness to work weekend, early morning and evenings is preferred.

??? Induction and mandatory training is provided as well training in the Skills for Care "Care Certificate" for people without prior experience
