The Role
Working closely with the Shop Manager, you would assist in driving profitability and delivering the business objectives of the Camberwell shop through organising, managing and developing the team, making sure your shop offers the very best food, sells a lot of it, and reaches its targets.. You will be expected to ensure that all customers have a great experience in the shop and that they feel special and valued by every member of the team.

This is management at its most practical - you'll get involved in food preparation as well as ensuring that the shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. You will assist the Manager in inspiring staff and overseeing the training and development of every member of the team.

The Candidate
Supervisors or line managers - ideally with food production experience - will be ideally suited to the role. You will need strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours. On a personal level, the company are looking for problem-solvers who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on customers.
