Ticketing Processing Executive - Maternity cover up to 12 months
£21,557 to £25,217 per annum pro rata + excellent benefits
36.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Ticketing Processing Executive to undertake a range of account management activities that deliver an excellent customer experience. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to confidently deal with internal and external customers. Attention to detail and accuracy is also a must as you will be processing and assessing applications for Concessionary Passes, carrying out financial transactions and managing customer accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, validation, account management and financial processes associated with all commercial and concessionary customer accounts.
