Trainer/Assessor in Plastering

We are seeking a self-motivated multi-skilled and confident individual to deliver training activities for Plastering within our busy construction department.

The role includes a variety of tasks to be undertaken each day, including preparation of work for learners to study, practical assessments to ensure learners meet the competencies necessary to achieve the award and whole group support in order to prepare learners for assessment. You will work on your own initiative and ensure that the experience for learners is outstanding. You will contribute to the construction team's development in this role.
