Who we are looking for

We have an opportunity for an experienced Team Manager in our Chesterfield Service.  Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy service, getting to know the people we support, what's important to them and discovering the best ways to support them as an individual. You will help to organise and monitor day to day support ensuring that it is delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standard.  

What we need from you

To be a great Team Manager, you will have a minimum 2-years experience of working in social care and ideally have an NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent.  You will know that you need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect.  You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight as needed.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good IT and numerical skills.
