New opportunity not to be missed! Our client is looking for self-motivated Call Centre Operators to work a rolling shift system covering 24/7/365 to manage driver booking requests for breakdown assistance, or to pre-book maintenance work, working from their Southampton offices. Inbound calls are from an established customer portfolio – no cold calling.

The successful Call Centre Operators will place all breakdown bookings with a network of suppliers that operate to agreed terms and engage with them on a regular basis. All planned tyres or mechanical maintenance work being booked at times to suit the customer, whilst utilising their preferred suppliers.

As the Call Centre Operators , there will be administration functions, which will include purchase invoice validations and query management, vehicle inspection record updating and the running of reports for key activities.

All activity is processed through their own in-house software, full system training and integration to the team will be provided.

Whilst a basic knowledge of the geography of the UK and Ireland, plus some vehicle knowledge is useful it is not essential, as full training is provided for this Call Centre Operators role.

Basic keyboard skills and an understanding of excel are required.

Working hours, shift patterns and holiday entitlement will be discussed at interview with successful applicants. A flexible and competitive salary is on offer.
