A key position within Blue Octopus, this client-facing business development role will place you at the cutting edge of the recruitment industry. Acting as Blue Octopus’ ambassador, you will promote our award-winning recruitment service and powerful technology to prospective clients, making truly consultative recommendations on the best solution for their business mainly further to face-to-face client meetings.
Operating across all sectors and disciplines, we work within the Corporate and SME markets. Your territory will be vast – both geographically and industry-wise therefore the rewards on offer are huge. Our clients are made up of high calibre individuals – Senior HR figures and recruitment leaders, therefore we require the very best to represent our fantastic business to ensure long standing relationships are formed.
Our Business Development Managers work closely with our Head Office based Service Delivery team whose combined excellent work results in an unrivalled 85% client renewal rate. As Business Development Manager you will continue to earn commission on all renewals – so this is a real long-term opportunity to build a high income role within the business whilst still being very much part of a team environment.
Given the revenue generating focus of the role, your success will directly impact the growth, and ensure that you will play an integral part in our expansion.
