Our client’s Sussex Chichester & District Branch is looking for a Full Time Manager for its new charity shop operation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic individual to make a real contribution to a business that raises funds to help Chichester district animals in need.

If you enjoy a challenge, a fast paced environment and are a natural sales person who thrives on a making a difference this could be the job you are looking for.

Previous retail and managerial experience is essential and previous charity shop experience an advantage.

The new Manager will help to set up systems in a new shop. They will then be responsible for ensuring smooth running of all aspects of the charity shop working to budgeted sales targets, boosting the volunteer team and most importantly making money while helping to promote and develop their work in the area.

The successful candidate will work Tuesday to Saturday with a salary of £16,500 to £18,000 depending on experience.
