Job Title: Care Workers

Salary: GBP16000 per annum (full time) + GBP7.85 per hour travelling time (between visits) and Mileage Allowance

Areas Covered: Reading and Surrounding Areas

We are Radis Community Care and we are driven to provide excellent personal and domestic social care services for those that require various levels of support to maintain a dignified, independent life

We are looking for Care Workers who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for older people, either through previous roles in social care or in other roles.

You will be providing support and personal care to people in their own homes, whilst offering them a choice and control over the way they live whilst maintaining their dignity and respect.

The nature of Domiciliary care work requires Care Workers to visit our clients in their own homes, at set times. Drivers with regular access to their own reliable transport preferred but not essential.

Could you demonstrate how you would treat vulnerable people in their own homes, and demonstrate to us how you could offer the dignity and respect they have a right to expect?
