Software Engineer / Implementation Consultant

The Role

The Software Engineer / Implementation Consultant may be experienced or even a recently qualified graduate and will create custom code for client projects, integrating their work with customer systems e.g. Sage etc. Working on site and remotely, you will install applications, set up integrations and offer assistance and training to clients at project handover stage.

Our Frome based client provides specialist support to companies wishing to centralise their document information and make it immediately available. They provide solutions for digital mailrooms, accounts payable automation and document management enabling clients to create paper-less and more efficient cost-effective working environments. They have an enviable client base within the professional services sector including Chartered Accountants, Solicitors etc.

The Person

You may be an experienced or recent graduate Software Engineer / Implementation Consultant with knowledge of creating custom code and scripting. Knowledge of ASP.NET / XML / SQL and an understanding of Scrum / Agile would be useful but most important is your enthusiasm to work on a variety of customer projects, both independently and as an integrated member of the team.

You will be expected to attend the office in Frome on a daily basis and some home working may be possible after an initial training and performance period.
