0.5 Programme Manager/0.5 Lecturer Equine Studies, Veterinary Nursing and HE
You will lead, organise and manage the staff, students and resources for relevant courses, across the campus efficiently and effectively. You will also teach in either equine studies or veterinary nursing.
You must have a relevant degree in the curriculum area and a teaching qualification e.g. Diploma in Education and Training (L5) formerly DTLLS or Cert Ed and level 2 English and Maths qualification (e.g. GCSE A*-C). IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent or be willing to obtain. You will also have proven success as a lecturer or curriculum manager in post-16 education or training (this will include successful management of programmes, motivation of staff, leading teams, tracking students/data, presenting reports on performance, marketing, interviewing students and practiced within a HE setting). The ability to travel in the role is also essential.
