Flame Health Optometry are currently recruiting for a dynamic Team Leader who is being sought in the Bristol area to join one of the leading optical groups.

As a Team Leader you will be expected to assist in the management of store operations in order to achieve excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives. You will be reporting directly into the stores Customer Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively
• Ensure the leadership vision in the store is in line with the company's Vision and Values
• Set relevant performance targets and bonus schemes for all staff
• Understand and motivate store staff to get results
• Create a culture of 'Customer First' in store Managing in the absence of the stores Customer Services Manager Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Opening and closing of the store in the absence of the Store Manager

This is a full time position working 5 days per week, this will be inclusive of 1 weekend day on a rota basis. You will recieve a weekend off every 3 weeks. The stores opening times are Monday 9:00 - 18:00, Tuesday 9:00 - 17:30, Wednesday 9:00 - 18:00, Thursday 9:00 - 17:30, Friday 9:00 - 17:30, Saturday 9:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 9:00 - 16:30.
