A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Claims Technician to fully manage your own portfolio of UK clients.
You will be working in a highly professional and successful environment where your experience will enable you to provide a first class service to your Claims.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining ownership of your claims, setting up and handling each case
* Handling and negotiation of property and liability claims, including complex losses under referral
* Assessing the liability of each claim on the documentation you have collected
* Face to face negotiations and liaison with Loss Adjustors and Solicitors
* Managing and promptly resolving all external and internal queries
* Build, develop and maintain close working relationships with clients ensuring a consistently high standard of service is provided
* Pursuing recoveries from Third Parties where appropriate
* To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
* Extensive claims experience preferably within Commercial classes
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Good client service skills
* Highly organised and strong work ethic
