Our client based in Alton are looking for an outgoing and hard working Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic team. You will have the ability to multi task and take ownership of work. Experience within Accounts Payable is essential and exposure to multi currencies e.g. Euro and US Dollar would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

*Daily processing overhead and stock invoices matching with goods receipt purchase orders and/or delivery notes where appropriate
*Managing the payment process for overhead and stock costs
*Processing and reviewing cash and credit card expense claims
*Inputting payments onto online banking system
*Inputting and allocating payments to supplier accounts
*Review and reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts
*Dealing with and resolving supplier invoice queries

This role is to start immediately on a permanent basis.
