HR Generalist; Paying up to GBP25k; Permanent & Full Time; based within Cumbria
Search Consultancy is delighted to be able to represent our well known client based within the Cumbria area in their search to recruit a new HR Generalist to their well established team. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will support in all areas of the HR function. The HR Generalist will operate in a very dynamic and fast paced environment and need to be able to multi-task as well as adapt to new situations with ease.
This HR Generalist job is a fantastic opportunity for a HR enthusiast who wants to grow their career while expanding their base of skills and knowledge.
The core duties & responsibilities will include (but by no means be limited to):
* First point of contact for all employee queries;
* Analysis of statistical data in assessing core policies and procedures for the group and reporting of this data;
* Taking the lead on coordinating of HR projects;
* Upskilling and providing advice to managers on employee relations and ad-hoc HR operational queries;
* Covering of HR team members in their duties;
* Ad-hoc requirements & projects
In order to be successful in the shortlisting for this role, you will need:
* Minimum of CIPD level 3 and above;
* An interest and good understanding in Employment Law;
* Strong experience of using HR systems;
* Good practice of MS packages including excel and word
