Job Specification
Our client is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and experienced LFD Product Manager to join their European Headquarters based Surrey.
The European LFD Product Manager is responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary Large Format Display (LFD) technical (Hardware/Software) expertise to enable them to sell the Product with product knowledge. You will be also required to review product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors' products. The PM will assist with the development of the annual Product marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a point of Europe first reference for Large Format Display(LFD) product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any current and potential issues that may arise.
• Responsible for pricing, preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels.
• Providing both software and hardware guidance/support to Subsidiaries for existing LFD and Solutions.
• Establish Go-to-market strategies that effectively reach customers and achieve competitive advantage.
• Product Planning; Identifying market requirements and cooperate with HQ in Korea
Key Competencies/Characteristics Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (in a business, Marketing or computer related discipline)
• MBA Preferred however, not necessarily required
Skills & Attributes:
• IT product/solution business marketing experience
• Ability to create new product business concepts, a launching strategy - and communicate this effectively
• Excellent communication skills - Fluent written and spoken English essential and preferable an additional European language
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong network capabilities
• Consulting skills with a Customer focus
• Team player, but self-starter with the ability to operate independently to achieve defined goals
• Fully IT literature - we use a variety of internal bespoke and external ERP/CRM tools, advanced MS excel & PowerPoint skills are essential.
Experience
• Extensive International Product Marketing Experience - preferably in a B2B corporate environment
• Experience in Large Format Displays and Solutions industry
• Knowledge of Digital Signage market
• Experience of working in fast moving and fluid environment where tight deadlines frequently need to be met
