We are looking for an Automotive & Engineering Manager, to work for a successful national training provider, to lead and manage a team of Assessors to maximise contract performance, deliver quality provision and exceed the expectations of clients.
Candidates must have the following qualifications, skills and experience in order to be considered for the role:
• Experience of successfully leading and managing a team
• Experience working within the automotive and engineering sectors
• Experience with performance managing staff
• Knowledge and experience of apprenticeships and traineeships
• Experience in teaching and learning
• Awareness of training sector and associated stakeholder requirements (SFA/Ofsted)
