Your new role
this exciting job opportunity is available due to a long lasting member of the team retiring. Due to the movements within the team and the forested growth and expansion, a huge part of your new role will be transformation management for a busy team of 20. Quality is at the heart of the business and ensuring this is maintained at all times, throughout all faculties will be a large part of your duties, you will need to monitor your teams movements and activity ensuring the end to end service for students is to the highest professional standard.
What you'll need to succeed
Working previously in a similar role, you will be familiar with the QAA and have experience with quality in a higher educational environment. With a confident approach to leadership you will possess the authority to manage and drive a team in a caring yet effective manner.
