Conrad Consulting is working with a national house builder to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to their team in Liverpool.
Your core responsibility is technical due diligence assessment of new land opportunities, road and sewer infrastructure design, foundations design, whilst providing an important link between the design and construction process.
You will be responsible for delivering projects from pre-start stage through to handover to the construction team.
On offer is a starting salary of GBP42,000 to GBP48,000 plus GBP6,000 car allowance, pension, paid mileage, healthcare and 25 days holiday
