Looking for passionate individuals for a challenging and career-driven position in the hospitality industry!
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Restaurant team at this luxury Country Manor hotel in Tunbridge Wells.
As a member of the restaurant team you will:
* Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
* Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
* Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
* Follow cash handling procedures
* Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
* Ensure compliance of brand standards
* Strive to achieve departmental targets
* Ensure cleanliness of work areas
This will be a working contract of 45 - 48 hours per week and evenings and weekends will be required. You will be working alongside a brand new fresh and vibrant team who will be with you for support and coaching to ensure your own personal development
In return for your hard work you will receive a great salary, ongoing training and development and achievable progression within a large company with multiple venues.
Due to location all applicants must have their own transport
