Account Manager (Email Marketing)

GBP20-GBP26k based on experience + benefits. This role would suit a mid career level individual who has developed in a similar role but is now looking to push forward, be recognised and be rewarded for it.

My client have yoga classes every week and a professional chef comes in every day to cook your lunches free of charge.

Monday - Friday : 9am - 5:30pm

1+ years experience in an similar role
Proven ability to increase client spend and build revenue

The role
My super client are growing in size and skill, so they are looking for a hard working, reliable and proactive Account Manager to jump on board.

You'll need to hit the ground running as they are taking on new clients and working to improve and maintain their existing relationships. You will be working with their clients, Creative team, Front End Development team and System Developers to deliver exciting client campaigns and tools. You will embed yourself in the client's marketing strategy and use your focus to support them side-by-side in their approach to be the best in the marketplace.

Your responsibilities will include:
Email, direct mail and SMS campaign planning and management
Managing and improving client relationships
Conducting client meetings, pitches, conference calls both internally and externally
Scheduling and managing campaigns from brief to final deploy
Developing a clear understanding of the client marketplace and client business
Consistently improving on client expectations
Ensuring consistent communication between the client and all team members
Identifying potential opportunities to improve client campaigns and grow client accounts
Managing all jobs, costing and invoicing through our studio management tool
Managing client budgets whilst maximising ROI

The Person
You will be a friendly, hard working outgoing person who will be able to fit into my clients busy and dedicated Account Management team. You will have the ability to add value to your team from day one by suggesting fresh and exciting ideas for their clients. You will use their studio management tool to it's full potential and work to bring your own experience to their processes so they are bigger, better and stronger for clients.
You will be able to take on-board the systems, processes and tools we use to get the job done and learn quickly and dynamically using the support and guidance from your line manager and colleagues.
