Experienced Telesales Executive Required For Leading Bridging Finance Provider - Cheshire Based SK4 - Competitive Rate of Pay + Commission (Uncapped) - Temporary - Immediate Start
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join a UK leading bridging finance provider at their offices based in Cheshire. Due to an increase of business, they are looking for a financially aware telesales agent to join the team.
About The Role
As Telesales Executive your role and responsibilities will include:-
•Interacting with existing customers to update them on current lending position
•To confirm the contacts on our database are up to date
•To ask questions to ascertain their current enquiries, status and facilitate future sales.
•To complete the daily required number of new contacts, calls and follow ups etc. in order to deliver personal targets.
•To continually develop sales.
•To take and process enquiries accurately, ensuring the correct DM is identified before passing the enquiry through.
•To ensure that all calls, contacts and sales are logged and recorded accurately every day.
The hours for work will be Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm, however flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the business.
This will initially start as a temporary ongoing contract with the possibility of leading to a permanent position for the right candidate.
There will be an hourly rate of circa GBP10.00 per hour plus GBP2.50 bonus for each qualifying enquiry.
About You
Ideally you will be a proven telesales executive who is happy to make 100+ calls a day from a screen dialling system.
You must have B to B telesales experience, have strong communication skills, be hands on, highly motivated and have a positive attitude.
You will also be required to be a people person who is able to build rapport with customer quickly and effectively, enabling a call to be successfully developed into a qualifying enquiry and business for the company.
