Recruitment Consultant (Remote/Homebased) Fit your job around your Life not your Life around your job! Expected Income over GBP100k full time, GBP40k part time (uncapped)Do you have excellent temporary or permanent recruitment experience?Or are you a self-motivated target driven B2B sales person looking for a new challenge?Would you be motivated by commission of up to 50% of all invoices billed?Would you like to be paid within 24hrs of approved invoice. If you can answer YES to ALL of the above then EPRC Ltd can help you achieve these goals and more!We are a new agency but have over 30 years experience in recruitment, business development and consulting.We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our team immediately.You will start on commission based only for the first 12 months. After 12 months:if you have proven ability to bill regularly then an employed opportunity is there.you could be offered a team leader role and run your own team of consultants. The role of the recruitment consultant is to:Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment and establish opportunities with both candidates and clientsIdentify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within the remit of your specialismManage the recruitment process from interview to placement, including arranging interviews and preparing your candidates in the best possible way for interviewBasic admin duties including weekly reporting. To enable you to focus on your core role, you will be provided with :- Full resourcing support Excellent marketing support Leads - but you will be expected to generate your own first Dedicated team leader An excellent recruitment CRM system Back office credit checks of potential clients Full admin & accounts support Training and development Home Office phone and Wifi and pay all associated ongoing costs What do you need to provide:- Dedication, effort and results Minimum of 16 hours per week A working business laptop (all our applications are cloud based) A car to attend client appointments (claim costs against your income tax) Your own insurance (liability and personal) What we offer:-Ability to earn uncapped commissionProgression to team leader or area managerTrainingFlexibility on hoursFantastic commission structure What you won't get:-The stress of commuting to and from an office every dayLarge petrol or commuting billsExpensive childcare costsMissing out on time with your family and friendsOnly managing to hit the gym at the end of the day after work SOUNDS APPEALING?If you are self-motivated, focused, and driven with a strong sales or recruitment background email your CV to us right now!
