A Call Centre Operative is sought to join this busy contact centre in Bristol.

The organisation is one of Bristol and the South West's largest private-hire taxi companies with a fleet of over 1000 vehicles working across Bristol, Bath, Swindon and Chippenham. They carry out on average 70,000 journeys a week, with regular and ad-hoc personal and business customers.

They are now looking for articulate and professional Call Centre Operatives to join their team. You will be responsible for taking bookings, answering emails and dealing with enquiries.

Title: Call Centre Operative
Location: Bristol
Salary: £7.50 per hour for standard shifts, up to £10.00 per hour for certain shifts
Shifts: Flexible shifts covering 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00

The Call Centre Operative will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Handling customer enquiries
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
- Processing bookings according to standard operating procedures
- Updating customer information
- Routing calls to appropriate resources

The ideal Call Centre Operative will possess the following:
- Some experience in a Call Centre / Contact Centre / Switchboard / Customer Service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- GCSE standard of education
- Good data entry and typing skills

As a Call Centre Operative you will need to be confident and resilient, with excellent organisational skills. You'll be joining a rapidly expanding company, who are about to move into plush new offices.
