Role: Brand Auditor (Hospitality)
Hourly Rate: GBP11.50per hour
Location: West Midlands
Type: Temp possibly to go perm
My client is looking for a Brand Auditor to go across the country and audit the restaurant across the UK to ensure all standards are adhered to and best practice is communicated across the operating managers.
With new units opening up across the UK we are looking for someone who has experience of working within the hospitality industry who have a passion for delivering Brand standards and Auditing.
You will be responsible for the following
* Ensuring a consistent delivery of the operational standards in each restaurant to ensure they are compliant.
* Carrying out training and coaching in the properties to ensure they standards are full understood and implemented.
* Ensuring each unit have schedules and policies in place relating to health safety and food hygiene.
