Our client is a reputable Mortgage Broker and mortgage advisory service provider. The company offers a diverse mix of whole of market financial services and mortgage products. They are interested in bringing on talented, experienced and target driven Mortgage Advisers with proven track records that can help the on-going growth strategy for the business.

The successful applicant will be handling and advising high net worth clients on products and delivering outstanding consultative advice at all times. You will become an influential decision maker on the further development of the business. Therefore, you will be expected to deliver first class customer service in order to develop the client portfolio through internal leads via the estate agency network. A flair for developing your on pipeline will be beneficial but not essential. You will mainly be handed existing client leads and given the opportunity to cross sell and fast track your profitability and earning potential.

Applicants must be FCA accredited and fully CeMAP qualified

Experience and Skills:
* Highly motivated self starter
* Mortgage / Life Assurance
* Planning for Retirement
* Residential Mortgages
* Ability to deliver on supplied leads but also build own client/lead database
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience in Financial services IT software
* Able to provide evidence of previous sales success
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative
* Full UK license and own vehicle
