THE COMPANY:
Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Manager, on an exclusive basis, for a forward thinking, ambitious service sector organisation in Sheffield.
THE JOB:
Managing a team of 4 Credit Controllers
Recruiting, motivating and conducting regular appraisals
Setting KPI's, SLA's, DSO's, call targets etc
Dealing with credit insurance
Monitoring the queries raised and their impact on cash collection
Processing direct debts
Sending out reminder laters
Producing monthly statements
Carrying our month end procedures
Bank reconciliations
Liaising with internal teams require any issues
Other ad hoc duties as required
THE PERSON:
Previous experience is essential
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential
You must be able to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
Good systems experience is required
Good communication skills are required
