Life Assurance Client Services Administrator - 12 month contract
to GBP22,000 + benefits
Mid Kent - TN postcode
Processing and servicing new and existing Life Assurance and Income Protection policies.
The team has wide ranging responsibilities including for example:
Providing new quotations
Processing surrenders and maturities
Calculating fund values and estimated future values.
Processing fund switches.
Processing increases to contributions & premium switches
Processing notifications to HMRC.
Changeable events processing
Responding to day to day client and IFA queries in a pro-active manner.
Applicants should be able to offer at least 18 months - 2 years Life Assurance or similar financial services Administration/Customer Services experience.
Able to demonstrate a good understanding of TCF.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pro-active and flexible approach to team work.
'A' level standard or equivalent standard of education.
Professional study is fully supported.
