Buy lively team of well established firm of Insurance Brokers - highly regarded in their market place for the expert service they provide.
They are pleased to present new opportunities -in their Sales and Service teams - with an interesting mix of servicing new and existing business. It's great opportunity for someone who has gained experience of Motor and/or Home Insurance (at least 6-12 months + experience) who would like to expand their skills and knowledge further.
Responding to incoming enquiries - telephone and web based - for new business, renewals and adjustments.
Providing quotations, and following up pro-actively to discuss product features, resolve any queries, and to secure the business. Checking and issuing policy documentation; liaising with Underwriters.
Skills & experience required:
6-12 months + Household Insurance, and/or Motor Insurance broking experience, with the enthusiasm to learn new product areas.
A good understanding of FCA requirements, including TCF.
Good IT skills, to include Word, MS Outlook, and in-house quotation systems.
If you have commenced Cert CII study - that is an advantage, and study is supported.
Office location: East Sussex/Kent borders; staff parking is available. Good commuting radius for Crowborough -Heathfield-Robertsbridge-Wadhurst-Tunbridge Wells area.
Working hours do include working one Saturday per month
