COOK/CHEF
Age UK South Staffordshire are looking for a Cook/Chef to join our energetic team, at The Roller Mill, Penkridge.
You will be organized, creative and have basic numeracy and literacy skills to keep accurate records. Ability to cook within budget and to cost and purchase ingredients.
You will have an understanding/experience of the dietary needs of older people and the ability to source information on special dietary needs, medical, cultural, lifestyle etc.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering desirable but not essential as training will be provided. GBP7.25 per hour, 16 hours per week working back to back with existing cook to cover 6 days per week.
